Jeff and Klaudia were truly a pleasure to work with. When we first met Jeff we knew we had the right person to handle our sale. Then we met Klaudia and we were sold. They are good people and we never doubted their honesty. We felt at ease with all their decisions. Bob is also amazing. We hung out at the sale just for something to do and we had the time of our lives. You feel sad when you lose someone and have to sell away their life, but Jeff and Klaudia made it a wonderful experience. We were very impressed with Klaudia's arrangement of everything. When my grandmother passed it was very difficult for our family. It was most unexpected and we were not prepared. Where do you go? How do you go on? What do you do with all of the memories and things that were so dear? She had a very large estate that included a boarding house, restaurant, vehicles and a lifetime of collecting. A little over a year ago Jeff and Klaudia handled the successful estate sale at my mother's house so we did not hesitate to call on them again to handle the sale for my father in law's house. We faced the somewhat daunting task of having two estate sales, one at my Mom's house and one at ours and relocating everyone to Minnesota, all in a relatively short window of time. A long phone call with Jeff and in-home visits with both Jeff and Klaudia, to my Mom's house and ours, gave us great confidence that they were the real deal and that we could proceed with great confidence in their talents and professionalism. They invested many hours preparing for each sale and proved to be tireless workers. They also do a first class job of marketing the sale. All items were individually priced and unique items were researched for their most current value. They were extremely respectful of all items and sought our counsel on numerous occasions about whether we really wanted to sell this or that. The days of the sale were organized and exciting. They encouraged us to be there, which we did for parts of each day at our house and one of the days at Mom's. They had two men who worked the sale with them, Bob and Tony, and they also cleaned out each house and donated left over items to charity. Each house was totally cleaned out so that we could put it up for sale. Each of these guys has a great work ethic and accommodated us in anything we needed. Jeff and Klaudia are diligent, thorough, thoughtful, honest, and lots of fun to be around. At every turn, they over-delivered on what they said they would do. I can't say enough about the very positive experience we had with them...we will always be grateful for the work they did for us...they are the best...final answer!

I really don't know if I can convey how pleased I am with the experience I had with Jeff and Klaudia. I was skeptical when I called them, having called many of their competitors and getting more discouraged by the minute. I was overwhelmed at having been asked to handle the estate sale of my 98 year old Aunt - still alive and sharp as a tack so it was important to hire the right people. I knew the minute I spoke to Jeff that they were the right people for the job. They took time to meet with my Aunt and with great respect and patience; walked her through what they would provide. Once hired, they spent hours setting up a sale that brought my Aunt the money she needed to live out her life the way she wished. Professional, thorough, first class, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. These are all words used in other testimonials that help describe my experience with Jeff and Klaudia. I will never be able to adequately thank them for the amazing job they did with my parent's estate. I was faced with clearing out a completely stuffed 2,000 sq.ft. home with a full basement, under the constraints of a very short-time period to turn it over to the new owner. There were hundreds if not thousands of items, to sort, display and price. And, like any estate sale, there were also some unique circumstances that had to be considered.
